Buying from a Lagos seller? Get your own Yaba, Lagos address and have your order sent to us.

Receiving

Receive packages in Lagos without being there yourself

Our hub team receives, records and stores your order so you are not depending on a neighbour, a shop counter or a rider's word. Every parcel is tied to your suite code before anything else happens.

Tell us what is coming first

Before your order ships, use I'm Expecting a Package in your account to tell us what the seller is sending: what the item is, roughly when it should arrive and who is bringing it. Your Suite J code is attached automatically, so the arriving parcel has somewhere to land even if the seller writes the label untidily.

What our team does on arrival

  • The parcel is received and signed for at the hub in Yaba
  • It is matched to your suite code and to any expected-package notice you filed
  • Arrival is recorded against your account and you are notified
  • The parcel is shelved, with the first 14 days of storage free

Checking before you commit

You then choose how closely we look at the contents: detailed photos, a recorded video unboxing, a live video call where you direct the inspector, or no inspection at all. Where a seller has agreed to pay on delivery, you review the arrival notice and inspection report before approving a payment instruction. A receipt you upload is never treated as automatic confirmation — our team verifies it.

Several parcels, one shipment

If you are buying from more than one Lagos seller, we can hold the parcels and merge them into a single repacked shipment for ₦1,500 per merge. That usually reduces the onward forwarding cost and the number of handovers your items pass through.
