Receive packages in Lagos without being there yourself
Our team receives, records and stores orders sent to your personalised Lagos address, so you are not depending on a neighbour, a shop counter or a rider's word. Every parcel is identified by your unique username before anything else happens.
Tell us what is coming first
Before your order ships, use I'm Expecting a Package in your account to tell us what the seller is sending: what the item is, roughly when it should arrive and who is bringing it. Your unique username is attached automatically, helping us identify the arriving parcel even if the seller writes the label untidily.
What our team does on arrival
- The parcel is received and signed for at your Lagos address in Yaba
- It is matched to your unique username and to any expected-package notice you filed
- Arrival is recorded against your account and you are notified
- The parcel is shelved, with the first 14 days of storage free
Checking before you commit
We open the package and complete a basic visible-item check against your order information, with an arrival notice and basic report included FREE. You can then choose a paid detailed photo inspection, recorded video unboxing or live video call. Every paid option includes a condition checklist and written summary. Pay on Delivery is available only when the seller agrees and the selected payment method supports it. Review the report, then pay directly, authorise MyLagosAddress to pay, or report a problem and authorise us to reject the delivery. No seller payment is made before your final approval.
Several parcels, one shipment
If you are buying from more than one Lagos seller, we can hold the parcels and merge them into a single repacked shipment for ₦1,500 per merge. That usually reduces the onward forwarding cost and the number of handovers your items pass through.
