Register, choose a username and receive your personal Lagos delivery address.

Get your new Lagos address
A personalised, real Lagos address in Yaba is assigned to you. It includes your unique username, which must be used on every parcel sent to your address.

Tell us what is coming
Use ‘I’m Expecting a Package’ to tell us what the seller is sending.

The seller sends it to your address
The seller brings or sends your order to your new Lagos address in Yaba.

We receive and notify you
We use your unique username to identify your parcel and notify you as soon as it arrives.

We inspect and report
We open the package, complete the FREE basic visible-item check and publish the arrival report. Detailed photos, recorded video and live video are optional.

Review and choose
If the seller agreed to Pay on Delivery and the selected payment method supports it, pay the seller directly, authorise MyLagosAddress to pay, or report a problem and authorise us to reject the delivery. No seller payment is made before your final approval.

Choose how to send it
Choose Bus/Road Waybill, By Air or Courier Service.
