Your address, arrival notice, inspection choice and forwarding request stay together in your account.

Create your account
Register, choose a username and receive your personal Lagos delivery address.

Get your Lagos address
We add your username to Suite J, for example Suite J-SMITAD.

Tell us what is coming
Use ‘I’m Expecting a Package’ to tell us what the seller is sending.

The seller sends it to us
The seller brings or sends your order to our Yaba hub.
- 5
We receive and notify you
We match the order to your Suite J code and tell you it has arrived.

Choose how we should check it
Choose photos, recorded video, live video or no inspection.
- 7
Approve payment or report a problem
If you have not already paid and the seller accepts Pay on Delivery, review the inspection and approve the payment instruction.

Choose how to send it
Choose Bus/Road Waybill, By Air or Courier Service.
