Pay on Delivery is available only when the seller agrees and the selected payment method supports it.
If the seller agrees to Pay on Delivery, they send the item to MyLagosAddress. When it arrives, we open the package and check that the visible item and details match the order information you provided.
We tell you what was delivered and share the available inspection report. After reviewing it, you can pay the seller directly, authorise MyLagosAddress to pay the seller on your behalf, or report a problem and authorise us to reject the delivery.
No payment is made until you give your final approval.

Interstate Bus/Road Waybill — Estimated from ₦5,000
Interstate road delivery from Lagos is estimated from ₦5,000. Your final quotation will be prepared after your package is packed and weighed. The amount depends on the destination city, final packed or consolidated weight, package size and the selected bus company.
Terminal collection is standard. Home delivery from the receiving park is a separate request and will be quoted separately.
Road, air and courier delivery are quote-based. We confirm the packed weight, dimensions, destination and provider before sending the final cost for your approval.
