About MyLagosAddress
MyLagosAddress exists for one problem: plenty of Lagos sellers will only deliver locally, and plenty of buyers are not in Lagos. We give those buyers a real address, a team that checks what arrives, and a clear quotation for sending it onward.
Where we operate from
Our hub is a staffed suite inside Mobolaji Johnson Train Station in Yaba, Lagos. Parcels are received and signed for there, matched to the customer's suite code, recorded and shelved. Each customer's suite code is built from their own username, so a parcel is never filed under a name we cannot trace back to an account.
How we work
- Registration and your Lagos address are free — you only pay for services you choose
- Inspection is optional and priced per package, not bundled into a subscription
- Road, air and courier forwarding are quoted after packing and weighing, and you approve the cost first
- Payment receipts are verified by our team rather than accepted automatically
- Every package keeps its own record: arrival, inspection media, quotations and dispatch
What we do not do
We do not hold, release or guarantee anyone's money, and we do not settle disputes between a buyer and a seller. Our role is narrower and more honest than that: receive the package, record what actually arrived, and give you the chance to look before you commit.
Delivery and operator information
Getittome Delivery by MyLagosAddress is our recommended delivery service, and we also hand over to external couriers where you prefer them.
MyLagosAddress is operated by Getittome Africa Concept Limited. Delivery operations are handled through Getittome Logistics.
